Tim lives in Homewood, Illinois, and has been working in the south suburbs for his entire career. He has worked in outpatient orthopedic settings most of that time, and still enjoys patient treatment, although a fair amount of his time is now in teaching and running METT Therapy. In addition to teaching at GSU, he really enjoys participating in the weekly in-service program at METT, and in clinical teaching of the younger therapists who join METT’s team. Professional growth for all therapists at METT is a huge goal for Tim, and keeping an energetic and learning environment in all the METT clinics is our companys’ goal!
Eric S. Bihl, PT

Eric has been a resident of the south suburbs for most of his life. Eric and his wife, Michelle have four adult sons, four daughter-in-laws and two grandchildren. They have lived in Tinley Park for the past 22 years. Eric and Michelle have attended Moraine Valley Church since 1984 serving in many ministries and leadership positions over the past 30+ years.
Eric is one of the founders of METT. Eric has held administrative positions in physical therapy and rehabilitation services since 1981. Eric has provided patient care in multiple settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient, industrial, skilled nursing facilities and home health therapy.
A guiding principle for Eric in both his clinical practice and in administration is, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
With Tim, Eric guides METT to provide compassionate and effective interventions to improve our patient’s mobility and movement.
Mike Marshall, PT, DPT

Mike has been employed by METT Therapy since May of 2010. He initially started his career in Inpatient Rehabilitation at Franciscan St. James Health – Chicago Heights, and then moved to Franciscan St. James Health and Wellness Institute in August 2010 treating a variety of orthopedic, neurological and aquatic patients. Mike was promoted to his current manager position in 2012. His responsibilities include managing day to day operations of the clinic/staff as well as treating all types of patients from total joint replacements to neurological conditions. Mike enjoys playing golf, softball, and being active outdoors.
Tanya Kovacs, PT, DPT

Tanya has been an employee of METT Therapy Services since 2000 beginning as a therapy technician and then a physical therapist in 2010. She was promoted to manager of Beecher clinic in 2012 and then to Olympia Fields outpatient facility in 2014. Tanya enjoys treating a variety of patients including orthopedic, neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, with strengths being in outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehab. Tanya would like to pursue a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist certification.
Kevin Moffatt, PT, DPT, OCS

Kevin has been employed by METT since graduating Cum Laude with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2011. Kevin has advanced training in Manual Therapy, Industrial Rehabilitation, Aquatic Therapy and the treatment of runners. He is pursuing a certification in orthopedic manual therapy through the Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars and will be testing to become a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. Kevin is committed to a hands-on and individualized treatment approach with an emphasis on educating and empowering his patients.
Outside of the clinic, Kevin is an assistant coach for the Marian Catholic High School Men’s Lacrosse Team. Additionally, he is an avid runner and has completed 3 marathons as well as countless half marathons. He also enjoys golfing and traveling.
Brianna Meinke, PT, DPT

Brianna has been with METT Therapy Services since 2011 beginning as a therapy technician and then a physical therapist in 2013. She has worked at a number of outpatient clinics with experience treating patients with various orthopedic, neurological and vestibular conditions. Brianna was promoted to clinic manager of our Frankfort clinic in 2017. Her areas of clinic interest are orthopedics, sports, manual therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. She believes in the importance of an individualized treatment plan for each patient. She also takes an interest in clinical education and serves as an APTA credentialed clinical instructor. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, sports, running, and yoga.
Brett Grandon, PT

Brett has been a physical therapist with METT Therapy Services since 2011. He has worked at several outpatient clinics treating a variety of patients consisting of orthopedic and neurological conditions for all age groups. Brett was promoted to Lead Therapist in 2013 and manager of our Beecher clinic in 2014. Brett is a member of the APTA and has a special interest in treating vertigo/vestibular hypofunction and orthopedic conditions. He would like to pursue a specialist certification in clinical manual therapy and specialize in vestibular rehabilitation. Brett loves scuba diving, traveling, skiing, playing hockey and other sport activities.
